Rutledge Properties, Ltd. (Rutledge Property Management) began operations of its El Dorado, Arkansas apartment complexes in the 1980's with the building of Woodland Apartments, consisting of 24 one-bedroom residential apartments. As time progressed the Crestwood Park Apartments, consisting of 8 one-bedroom apartments was built across from the City tennis courts and park. Then followed construction of the larger apartment complexes, the 64 unit Briarwood Apartments and then the 48 unit Landmark Apartment complexes. Both Briarwood and Landmark offer spacious 1-bedroom and 2-bedrooms/2-baths floor plans. Store room rental is available at our Briarwood location and is offered for use of our residents at all locations.
We also have some very stylishly furnished and equipped, executive-type, 1 and 2 bedroom/2 baths apartments that have been added to the Briarwood Apartments line-up.
Every apartment in each El Dorado apartment complex is supplied with a washer, dryer, dishwasher, range, refrigerator and garbage disposal. All locations are near El Dorado's golf courses, restaurants, shopping, parks, and entertainment. Curb appeal, our responsive management team and excellent maintenance of our properties have made our apartment complexes the most sought after multi-family housing facilities in the area.
In Smackover, Arkansas, 12 miles north of El Dorado between Camden and El Dorado, Rutledge Properties also owns and manages the Millwood Apartments and the Millwood Village Apartments, totaling 32 units of both 1-bedroom and 2-bedroom floor plans.
Our apartments are owned and managed by the Rutledge family who have owned and operated successful businesses in Arkansas since the 1940s. Our own long-standing, company employees maintain our buildings and grounds. Our office management and staff are available from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm to assist our residents. After working hours and on weekends, we have an answering service for the convenience of tenants and prospects.
